Great FBO facility. Restaurant was a nice surprise. It was great. Got fueled up, had lunch, and flew away. Perfect.

Dropped in for lunch in a C-172. Was parked and chocked by a helpful and enthusiastic lineman. No fuel purchased, just lunch in the restaurant. No fee for the visit. Awesome service inside and out. We will certainly return!

We flew in earlier this week for two days. Katie at the customer service counter was fantastic, took charge of our plane, needs and delivered in wonderful fashion. The line crew was totally supportive in unloading and getting us parked. This is a wonderful FBO.

My experience has always been first class service. Friendly and always accommodating. Restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. It is always a pleasant experience to stop here.

Wonderful service. Needed airplane fuel and human fuel, they provided both and were super friendly and accommodating. Best FBO bathroom award too!

This is a great place for anyone to stop. My wife and I arrived at Hagerstown in a 50-year-old Cherokee and Rider Jet treated us like we were their only customer (we clearly were not!). The facility is top notch and the people are genuinely friendly and very good at what they do. Restaurant is just as good and the FBO. We will be back any time we are in this part of the country...

Rider Jet is what an FBO should be! We flew in for a fuel stop on the way from upstate NY to NC. Although we were flying a Cirrus, they treated us like we were in a Gulfstream. They parked us at the front door and put out a doormat. Beautiful facility. We ate at the restaurant, which is in the FBO, so they gave us the self-serve price for full-service fuel. The food was quite the tasty and the service was prompt and friendly. The FBO staff could not have been more helpful. A+
