courtesy cars. Cheap fuel. This is now my favorite fuel

I stopped last night on an instrument cross-country with
my son. Service was very professional; we were offered a
car but ordered food to be delivered. Told to make ourselves
at home. I would recommend this as a stop for anyone. I'll
be back.

Flew into HGR from JYO for the first time on Sunday and I
was very impressed with their operation. The ramp personnel
were very friendly and helpful and the people at Rider Jet
Services were just great. Very friendly, professional and
helpful. They have a hallway with lots of interesting old
pictures just past the weather room.

Flew in on 8-13-2006 to go to the outlet mall. I called earlier,
and they had a car waiting, with the windows open and cooling
down! Great FBO!

Stopped into Rider yesterday afternoon. All prior comments
are accurate. The service was nothing less than professional,
and the fuel prices lower than anywhere in the area. A good
stop if your heading up or down the coast on a long trip.

This is a first class FBO. As a full time flight instructor
for over 5 years, I've been to just about every GA airport
in the Northeast... This is one of the nicest FBOs I've encountered.
Amazing facilities, very friendly, if you are even close
to the area.... It's a must stop.

Had a great visit at Rider Jet Center. Many thanks to Matt
and Kathy for assisting with a rental car and local transport
from HGR Aviation. Will be back!!! You guys are great.

On October 3rd I helped out a buddy drop off his Arrow at
HGR. Once his plane was buttoned up and tied down, it was
time to start up the Cardinal and fly home. However the Cardinal
was very obstinate and did not want to start. Most likely
the result of the hot start procedures not executed correctly.
The fact was that we were stranded at a facility other than
Rider at 11.30 at night with no one to be found. There was
a phone number on the door at Rider, which we called and
some one showed up in 15 minutes. He came over with a power
cart. With external power the plane started easily and we
were on our way. Before we left the gentleman had let us
know that there was no cost at all. To put it all in a nutshell:
excellent service, even in the middle of the night (just
call the number), with a smile. It won't get much more professional
than that. Thanks guys.

Great customer service. A very helpful line crew and office
personnel got us on our way to an appointment in our rental
car in record time. I'll go out of my way to stop again.
